Sorry it has been so long since I have posted. I actually have an updated drawing of the cat picture--I started over but did finish one ear. I think I may keep going a bit more and then start over again. I am learning as I go how to do the whole fur thing so it will take a while. I just haven't had much time to sit and draw lately--I usually do it at night when everyone is asleep but I have been so tired. My camera broke but I have another one on the way, it should be here Thursday. I will try to get another picture posted soon, for those that keep checking back for an update.

Attempting an animal

Kevin's aunt sent me a great reference photo of her cat, so I am giving it a try. I just started it last night so it is just a basic sketch and I am sure I will change papers a few times till I can figure out the process that most must use to draw the fur and how to make it look real. Any pointers, let me know.
